Terms & Conditions for SG60 Experience Credits

1. Eligibility

SG60 Experience Credits are available to all Singaporean Citizens, Permanent Residents (PRs) and Foreign Identification Number (FIN) holders with Singpass access and who have at least one child aged 15 years and below linked to their Singpass account ("eligible individual").
Each eligible individual is entitled to receive one SG60 Experience Credit.

2. Credit Issuance and Redemption Period

SG60 Experience Credits will be issued to eligible individuals via their registered email accounts starting from 1 August 2025.
Credits must be redeemed between 1 August 2025 and 31 December 2025.
Once redeemed, each credit remains valid for one year from the date of redemption and can be used to book a selected experience session.

3. Usage

SG60 Experience Credits can be used to redeem selected curated trial sessions, workshops, or parent-child experiences listed on the SG60 Experience Credits platform www.flyingcape.com.sg/sg60.
Redemptions shall be made for the eligible individual's child ("attendee") or for parent-and-child experiences, as specified in the session details.
Redemption is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis based on available session timings.
Each attendee may redeem each specific experience only once. Any additional credits held by the attendee may be used to redeem other experiences, subject to availability and applicable terms.

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable

SG60 Experience Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of credits.
No refunds will be provided for unused or expired credits.

5. Booking and Attendance

Using the SG60 Experience Credit, eligible individuals may make a reservation for their selected experience. The organiser for the selected experience will respond within 48 hours to confirm the reservation.
If the reservation is confirmed, the eligible individual will receive a confirmation email with the session details.
If the reservation is not confirmed due to minimum session size not met or any other reasons, the organiser may propose an alternative session date. Should the attendee be unable to accept the rescheduled date, the utilised credit will be credited back to their account for future use.
In the event no reschedule is offered, the utilised credit will automatically be returned to the eligible individual's account.
In the event of a no-show, the redeemed credit will be considered fully utilized.

6. General Conditions

Flying Cape Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the list of participating programs and experiences without prior notice.
SG60 Experience Credits must be redeemed using Singpass login for verification purposes.
By participating in the experiences, users agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

By redeeming the SG60 Experience Credits, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by Flying Cape Pte Ltd in accordance with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
